I went through the groups in the Defunct fraternities and sororities category in Wikipedia for groups that were
1) Multi school
2) not-merged
3) post WWII
4) didn't transform into non-GLO organizations (this happened with some honoraries)
The ones prior to Pi Alpha Phi that this occurred with were
- Alpha Epsilon Iota (professional fraternity for women in the field of medicine March 1963)
- Iota Alpha Pi (NPC Sorority dissolved in July 1971)
- SPURS National Honor Society (dissolved 2006)
