THERE IS NOT A BROTHEL LAW IN ANY STATE. IT IS A
ZONING LAW.
If a bunch of guys had lived in that house, they would have had to do the same thing.
Plus, whether a housing unit has a kitchen has nothing to do with whether or not it's an apartment.
