Here's my big and I after initiation exchanging plaques/paddles. In my chapter, plaques are a requirement while paddles are optional. I thought the little paddle was cute, so i made one for my big. Because she's awesome like that
so they're not really that amazing or anything... but I hope this might give you a bit of an idea
