I think I'm going to tell my boss that I'm looking for a new job. I'm not, actually, yet.... but I'm getting frustrated enough that I just might. I keep telling him that I can't handle all the extra work I'm suddenly getting, but it doesn't seem to be sinking in. Maybe if I tell him I'm thinking about leaving, he'll come to his senses.

On the other hand, I'm way non-confrontational with him, because I like him a lot, so I may just chicken out.
