A UCLA student has been arrested on charges of attempted murder; he
allegedly attempted to strangle a woman at the Theta Chi house She was treated at a hospital and has been released. Reportedly, his Facebook page mentions his Theta Chi membership. This seems to have been the action of one person, not the whole fraternity chapter.
