I feel like it's too late now to make friends anywhere else on campus and I'm all alone. Is there any way I can repledge next quarter and show them that I can be more mature? Or is it too late now? My pledge brothers told me that I could, but I don't know if the brothers would let me do that again. I'm still friends with all the brothers and pledges on facebook. Do you have any suggestions?
Quoting just so I can remember what you said. I'm sorry to hear that you got dropped. That sucks.

#1- How long had you been pledging? Were you given a reason for being dropped.

#2- How large is the Greek system on your campus? More than 10 IFC chapters? Less? How many members in your pledge class? In the chapter (rough estimate)?

If you truly want to change, you need to take an honest look at yourself and your personality. It's an older book, and a bit of a cliche, but go and find a copy of Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People". It honestly is a great tool to help learn how to talk and get along with people.

Can you repledge? Ideally, yes. But, usually, if you've been dropped by a group, you're going to have to really make some changes in order to get back into their good graces.
