Actually, I'm not sure who its by. I just started looking for dresses and ran across this one on the web at
www.discountbridal.com. Its called "The Kathryn". I fell in love with this dress the moment I saw it.
The only problem is that I want to wear a veil, but I think it would get caught in the swarovski crystals though. Not to mention I think my hair will get caught in them too - and I wanted to wear it down.
