Interesting! Here are some numbers, in case anyone is curious:
2008 - Average chapter size was 79, median size 83, quota 25.
2012 - Average chapter size was 99, median size 107, quota 36.
So they have definitely had growth, and enough that they could add a chapter and still have a higher quota than in 2008, assuming the current status quo is maintained. (Their quota has been pretty static the last few years in the mid-30s.)
On the other hand, their chapters aren't crazy big, especially not for a system with 6 chapters. It will definitely be interesting to see what they decide (and when)!
