I imagine it's either Phi Chi Pi or Chi Phi Pi.
The closest looking thing I can find is the Chi Phi pin, but that doesn't explain the Chi and Pi on the sides, unless that was chapter designation. It doesn't look damaged though, where the Chi would've perhaps broken off.
