I would just like to specify that TCU has made no official announcement about Phi Mu coming to campus next fall. From my understanding, Phi Mu is on deck, but their arrival is dependent on administrative approval. I think the university wants one more year of numbers and data before bringing in Phi Mu. I would speculate Fall 2015 is far more likely.

That would also give them less of a gap without housing parity since the new Greek housing will come online in 2017 (if the latest plan stays on schedule).
