I heard from a usually reliable source that the houses are only extending a certain number of bids (a la bed rush). I thought to the best of my knowledge, that USC operated under standard RFM. I'm pretty sure I got bad information, but can anyone else confirm/deny?
ETA: It has been confirmed a rumor, to anyone lurking- please don't believe the above!
