Sad to hear Gary Waters is suppose to be "Retired" as coach of the Cleveland State University Men's Basketball Program after 11 years. If The Graduate Transfer Rules didn't screw him, He would have been around for at least another 2-3 years. He did run a clean program during his tenure. I and many of the CSU alumni, Students and Fans will miss you.
