One downside of all this construction is that the dues are extremely expensive (~$3,500-$4,500 a semester for girls who
don'tlive in the house). Granted, some of that covers a partial meal plan for the members, but still, that's a $7,000-$9,000 premium per year when you still have to pay for board.
