For dinner yesterday: Filet mignons, bacon-wrapped. Gnocchi verdi (spinach dumplings) and asparagus. Dessert was "drunk pineapple" (fresh pineapple steeped in spirits). Of course, I was at the family home. A very single person shouldn't cook like
that.
Tonight: Leftover pizza (w/prosicutto, marinaded artichokes and buffalo mozzarella cheese) along with an arugula, prosicutto, buffalo mozzarella and Parmesan salad.
