I lived in our house for 2 years. It was my Jr and 1st Senior year. Now my chapter doesn't have a house and I believe they are missing out on a lot of bonding and fun memories that I had the opportunity to experience. They do have a lodge space now but it is not the same.
I recommend you live in the house at least one year if you have the opportunity.
