Maybe we need clarification of the term "bump." Anyone care to define it & give us some historical background? Maybe that will stop all the bumping.

DeltAlum 06-10-2005 10:59 AM

Look in the dictionary. It's listed under "grind."

I think you're a thread bumper. I don't know about the grind part.

The convex and protube part are beyond my understanding.

*Reading the instruction manual*

Step 1
After placing the item into the slot, BUMP it so it can begin to rotate.
Step 2
BUMP it again so it can continue the cycle.

If you have any questions about the product, call 1-800-866-BUMP

tinydancer 06-11-2005 01:22 PM

Thank you! I'm a visual learner, so I always appreciate having some instructions to read.

Wait! Which slot?

Which bump starts it?

Which one keeps it going?

Life is so confusing when it comes to bumping.

Depends on your bump plan. Some do, some don't.

tinydancer 06-12-2005 07:51 PM

I guess I'd better go check my bump contract.

bekibug 06-12-2005 08:58 PM

I not only have free weekends, but free bump-to-bump and rollover!

tinydancer 06-13-2005 10:51 AM

Well, then since school is out and I'm home, I feel no guilt about bumping this thread.
(Not that I felt terribly guilty about bumping it at work;) )

The first bump slot

The first bump will start it and the consecutive bumps will continue the cycle.

tinydancer 06-13-2005 08:23 PM

Far be it for any of us here to waste time!

Honeykiss1974 06-13-2005 09:42 PM

tinydancer 06-14-2005 09:53 AM

Oh yeah. I have so many bumps rolled-over that I can't use them all! Especially not with all the studying I'm having to do. I just have no time to bump!

/Looks into distributing bumps among those with time to use them

tinydancer 06-14-2005 03:54 PM

Well, see, I was just passing by here and I really didn't mean to bump this...
