Searching for a Specific ADPi Pin
 

I received a PM from a sister a few years ago, and thought I'd share it. Maybe someone else has seen this pin. If so, please let me know, and I'll give you the name of the sister searching for her pin:


"I am an initiated sister....Kappa Chapter at Samford University,
pledge class of 1981. I'm looking for an exact pin. It was my
aunt's - Linda Robertson and maybe her date of initiation (1960
or so??) are engraved on the back. It did have my chapter guard
(Kappa) and two officer dangles attached when it was stolen
from my house during a burgulary in 1989. It has alternating
pearls and aquamarines, and the chapter guard is plain gold
(10K?) without pearls or jewels. I'd love to get it back. I have two
teenaged daughters who will hopefully want to wear it in the
next few years." (signed)

Sadly, this described the ADPi pin that I long to add to my collection, but under the circumstances, would instead reunite it with its owner.

Any thoughts to this?

I'll keep an eye out, but it might be worthwhile to put the call out with other collectors in ADPi. I'd like to reunite her with the badge too! It's officially on my radar!
