Can you leave an IFC and join a NPHC?

With the exception of Omega Psi Phi, the other four fraternities in the National Pan-Hellenic Conference are also members of the North-American Interfraternity Conference (usually known on campuses as the "IFC fraternities").

Your best bet is to ask a member of the NPHC your question.
