motivating sisters
 

My chapter is trying to figure out some fun ways to keep all the sisters' spirits up & motivate them before recruitment...any ideas??

Do you have a work week before recruitment?

I know this sounds kinda catty, but it works:
Before recruitment, our VP of recruitment has us yell this chant to get us pumped before the PNM's show up:
I am better than a (insert sorority name)!! We do it for all the other sororities on campus.

Do something fun that is not sorority related-like get together for your favorite show and ice cream, have a dinner or a snowball fight. Often we forget to have fun when there is so much to do. And make the night off limits to talk business.
