Summer DC Housing
 

Anyone know if any of the DC area chapters allow outside renters for summer?
My daughter 1L law student will be in DC for study 5/22-7/28. Thought maybe some of the GW chapters might rent rooms for the summer.

If your daughter is the ADPi in your signature definitely have her reach out to the GW and Maryland chapters. Even if those two chapters don't rent rooms they may know other groups that do.

and www.tmhdc.org looks perfect but they are full already for the summer.

My son did an internship in DC three years ago and stayed on the George Washington campus. As i recall, the campus manages the rentals of all of the different housing options at the school including the Greek houses. He stayed in a two bedroom unit that had a small kitchen and sitting room. He was interning for a congressman - his roommate was working for the British embassy and the two other guys were interning at various agencies. I think that you can just go to the George Washington website and search for summer housing.

She has housing and a clerkship!!!
Four years ago her childhood best friend introduced her to an ADPi at South Carolina; that sister is now a 2L at GW law whose roommate is going to NYC for the summer. My ADPi will be rooming with this ADPi for the summer. two blocks from Foggy Bottom Metro station. Her clerkship is with a Federal Appellate Judge. I am so excited for her opportunities this summer!!
