10 oldest sorority chapters
 
Listed below are the ten oldest continually operating sorority chapters. Some may be at institutions that you might not expect. Many other chapters were formed during this period but these are the only ones to survive without interruption. Congrats!

1870 Kappa Alpha Theta, Indiana University
1872 Alpha Phi, Syracuse University
1873 Pi Beta Phi, University of Kansas
1873 Kappa Kappa Gamma, Indiana University
1873 Kappa Kappa Gamma, Illinois Wesleyan University
1874 Pi Beta Phi, Simpson College
1874 Gamma Phi Beta, Syracuse University
1875 Kappa Kappa Gamma, University of Wisconsin
1875 Kappa Kappa Gamma, University of Missouri

It follows, then, that Theta at DePauw is the oldest continually operating founding chapter as well.
