Non-Greek Letter GLOs...
Trying to come up with a list of as many groups (currently active) that would fall under the GLO umbrella that don't have entirely Greek Letter Names.
The ones that occur in the greekchat NGL forum area are Acacia FarmHouse Triangle Groove Phi Groove Swing Phi Swing. To that list, I know we can add Ceres (the equivalent to FarmHouse for women) MALIK (historically African American) Any others spring to mind? |

Would St. Anthony Hall count? It does have a secondary Greek-letter name (Delta Psi), but I don’t think it’s primarily known by its letters.

There was a sorority for Guatemalan-American women called Quetzal. Not sure if it's still around. I love precious little quetzals!

Seems like Quetzal existed in the 90s at Sonoma State and CSU Chico.

I have often wondered what their ritual was like! How beautiful it might have been--

Clovia Sorority
An organization named the National Association of Clovia Sorority was founded in the 1930s for college women who were formerly involved in 4-H. They had a few chapters in the Midwest, but now I believe there are only 2 active chapters: Alpha of Clovia and Beta of Clovia. Clovia is the Greek word for "clover". They had (and still have) chapter houses. They also have an official Crest and an official membership pin.

University of Illinois has a 4-H House, though I don’t think it’s affiliated with Clovia. They are a member of the U of I Panhellenic Council, though they do not take part in formal recruitment.

I know there are local organizations that fit this description, like the Willard Sorority at Nebraska Wesleyan.
