I think we should have a "random postings" thread, just like in Chit Chat. This way we can share stuff that happens in our day to day lives - whether we want to cheer or vent - that doesn't necessarily have to do with Alpha Gam or need a thread of it's own.

On the happy side, my Chapman Pearls bought me an oyster on Sunday. I didn't *get* it at first--until they exaplined that it had a pearl inside. (Pearl for a Pearl Sister, isn't that hilarious?)

On the venting side, why is this day never-ending? It is cloudy and gray and I just want to go home and curl up with Pumpkin! :( Only 45 minutes to go!

don't feel too bad - it's been cloudy and grey here in TN all day today too.

It has been raining here in Alabama, all day. Just imagine being couped up with 18 two year olds all day!!!!!! Fun, fun!!!! Some days, I wish I had a reall office job. I could wear real clothes, and have adult conversations. Oh, well. I'm not complaing really, I like my job. Really, I do.

Well...I finally mailed something to Lisa! ;)

I finally put a Chapman letter in an envelope and will mail tomorrow! ;) :D

One more promised letter to a certain "up north" chapter!!

It raiiiiiiinnnnneed all day today! Better quit Thursday..going to Bedford VA for a few days.

Rainy and storming here too...and humid!

One of our rain gutters broke last night sending water into our kitchen. NASTY!

school sucks-- 3 projects going on -- not to forget those lovely exams and cases! heh arg.

And I'm finally home and cuddling with Pumpkin on my lap. Yay! Finally! ;)

So, I'm a big fat procrastinator!!! I have so much to do this week and no energy or motivation to do them. I've wasted this whole day and I only got one assignment done!

On the positive side, I just watched the movie Sorority Boys with a bunch of my AB sisters and it was hilarious. Definitely just as funny the second time around.

heh-- you know, I think we need to do a "secret santa" for the GC AlphaGams ;) that would be fun

Venting:

MEN SUCK...in not even serious relationships :(. Side note is that I am a smart girl who knows that in a way I am more pissed at myself for putting myself in the situation I am in (I didnt do anything wrong), then at the guy.

Positive stuff:

My b-day is in 43 mins :D. Ok so technically I was born at 2:08 in the afternoon.

I applied for a position with my city as a Junior City Planner, which I have an appropraite degree for and prayying that I get!

Weather sucks here too. High was 60.

I am all up for GC Alpha Gam Secret Santa's if people want to do it :)
