Do guys in fraternities care what your GPA is?

Or is it as long as you meet the IFC requirement they don't care?

Of course, my fraternity required that we maintained at least a 3.0...also they required that we meet all of the other requirements.

Fraternities do care as long as you maintain a certain G.P.A.

In my experience, unless it's a colony and if you're meeting the IFC minimum, most chapters don't care. This isn't sorority rush. In my experience it's almost exclusively about the connection.

We never discussed it once in my four years. We just wanted fun, outgoing guys that clicked with membership.

yes 3.0 and up

L X A requires a 2.75. This also helps when Fraternities are rated at our Univ. for awards at the end of the year. We usually have the highest GPA on campus of which I am proud of!

GPA is only a small facet of what is expected of our Greek System and IHQ. I am also laughing a bit at what DTDAlum stated even though it was a long time ago post, LOL!

We must think of the bigger picture of what is expected and what can be learned!

We also had a Chapter President who almost killed our Chapter believe it or not!
