Chapter Philathropy Fundraisers during COVID

Has anyone else seen a drop in fundraising events on campuses right now?

I was on a Zoom call with a chapter on Sunday. Their annual fundraising event involves food and typically takes place from noon until 2am. Because everything shuts down on campus at 10pm (it's a weeknight), they are ending it at midnight. Also, because a lot of students are no longer "out", they are providing delivery service to the dorm lobbies and Greek Houses. They are very concerned with not being able to raise enough money.

How are other chapters doing with restrictions on campuses? I know many do casino nights, Greek sing, 5k runs, other food events and flag football.

Right now the chapter is doing a lot of virtual events.

For a 5k there is an app (can't remember the name at the moment) that the chapter will be using. They will charge participants a fee and then give them a code to join the chapter group. The app gives anybody around the country to do the 5k on their own time and not have to be specifically in the same location as the chapter.
