Tonight, since it is GILMORE GIRLS night, I always get take-out. I don't know what I want...Maybe a burger or a steak with a baked potato??? Too early to think about it since I just had a bag of salad...Yes, the whole bag...BUT, no guilt...The whole bag is only 60 calories!! :D

Friday night dinners are so hard for me. Most of the time I'm out and, when I'm not, I want to get take-out. There is NOTHING home I wanna eat 'cept Frosted Flakes...*sigh* Ever think we have TOO many choices for food in this country???

Tonight is my company's Banquet! So we're eating at a place called Charlie's On the Lake. So even though it's a fish place, I'm eating steak or chicken! I can't wait - a free expensive dinner!

Ohhh! I looooooove Charlie's On The Lake!! I remember when they used to have the BEST cheesecake ever and the strawberry kind was baby pink, the blueberry was a bright obnoxious blue color, etc. I loved it!!! :D

This evening, since I'm at my mom/family home, I have lamb curry w/coconut rice. Fixings include peanuts, bacon, eggs, orange, caramelized ginger, sour cream, and toasted coconut. Wine is Veuve Ambal champagne.
