Last night was beef patties with coco bread (Jamaican food is a weakness of mine)...

Tonight, since it is GILMORE GIRLS night, I always get take-out. I don't know what I want...Maybe a burger or a steak with a baked potato??? Too early to think about it since I just had a bag of salad...Yes, the whole bag...BUT, no guilt...The whole bag is only 60 calories!! :D

Tonight is my company's Banquet! So we're eating at a place called Charlie's On the Lake. So even though it's a fish place, I'm eating steak or chicken! I can't wait - a free expensive dinner!

Ohhh! I looooooove Charlie's On The Lake!! I remember when they used to have the BEST cheesecake ever and the strawberry kind was baby pink, the blueberry was a bright obnoxious blue color, etc. I loved it!!! :D

This evening, since I'm at my mom/family home, I have lamb curry w/coconut rice. Fixings include peanuts, bacon, eggs, orange, caramelized ginger, sour cream, and toasted coconut. Wine is Veuve Ambal champagne.

Mmm we had cheese tortellini (sp?), garlic bread, salad, and yummy carrot cake tonight for dinner. Lillian, our housemom, picks the yummiest food, it was sooo good! :D
