What types of themed clothes are frequently needed for mixers?
 

My PNM is packing for recruitment and college in general and we're trying to think of things that she may regret leaving behind. I'm hearing that both "wear-a-jersey of a favorite team" and "hometown" mixers are super typical, so I'm encouraging her to pack something representative of our community and to bring a jersey.

Is there any other theme that is nearly a standard for fall mixers? (I guess you can tell I'm trying to pre-empt having to send rushed items and/or pay for last-minute Amazon orders any more than I have to :).)
