Rushing as a Junior Texas Tech

Hi everyone,

I feel bad for waiting until junior year to rush, but I felt way too nervous freshman and sophomore year. I wasn't going to rush this year and just give up, but I am now double majoring, so I'll be there an extra year and a half. I have rec letter for all of the middle and bottom tier sororities and I have a couple of friends in one as well. I am uberly involved on campus, love to volunteer amd have a 3.2. What is the likelyhood of getting into a middle or bottom tier sorority at Texas Tech? I am open to all of them!
Thanks!(:
P.s. should I tell them about the double major situation? Will that sway them?

Well for starters, you should probably stop calling them middle and bottom tier.

Please delete your post. You're very easy to identify now and ... and ...

I don't know what else to say.

Certainly tell them about adding a major that will extend your undergraduate years by a year and a half.

Y'all are being uncharacteristically benevolent in not QFPing.

Saying you'll be there an extra year and a half should be the first thing out of your mouth at every house you meet. Also, way too much identifying info in there.

Trying.

But that is subject to change. Stay tuned!

Aztheta you cannot identify me. My gpa isn't actually that and my name is definitely not lily, so whoever you're thinking about isn't me. I just want advice because Chi O and DG are my top choices and although I have rec letters, amazing dresses, and everything into place, the fact that they might cut me because of my classification scares me a little. Also thank you Clemsongirl for giving me some advice!

AzTheta had your best interest at heart. She wasn't being snarky. We have seen PNMs share too much info and have a bad recruitment. Good luck with your two chosen sororities.

Also what is qfping?

Quoted for posterity

Thank you! Yeah I definitely know what info to and not to put on here so no one can identify me. Lily is literally my cats name lol

FSUZeta 08-07-2017 08:13 PM

And my coming sometime in January granddaughter's intended name!
