Pot of chili. We thought chili season was over till it suddenly “got chilly” in the Midwest...expected all week long. We still have a few packages of 90/10 ground chuck—added chili beans, diced tomatoes and several spices.
Crackers, sour cream, shredded cheese and onions, cut up carrots and celery—and a jar of peanut butter! Not fancy but comforting and warm...

Oh there are a myriad of possibilities. I have gluten allergies, IBS, and diverticulosis. It's like spinning the wheel of fortune. But it seems to have settled down, so tonight....
