I simply cannot motivate myself to cook a real meal for one. It's nuke & puke for me tonight.

I was watching a FSU sports show and there was a segment with one of the chef's who cooks for the sports teams. I will share with you.

Meals on wheels can no longer come inside to deliver anymore. Lucky I had one delivery before last hospital visit.

Thank you!

Tom, is there anyone who can help you? A church, maybe?

I'm having baked cod with panko crust, with vegetables. Feeling guilty eating fish without DH.

A lot of restaurants will deliver or will have delivery services bring it to your door. From what I understand, they leave it outside your door right now. Not sure of they would comply with your dietary restrictions.
Before my foot surgery, I did a ton of healthy meal prep and froze the entrees. Nutrition is extremely important in the healing process. Eliminating refined sugars and empty cars is key. No crackers, grains, dairy or sweets.
Ask the dietician at the hospital for ideas.
