Last night it was homemade minestrone soup, made with tomatoes, zucchini, canellini beans, orzo pasta and arugula, with some nice crusty bread on the side.

Tonight it's Emmy night (and I'm also studying like crazy) so it'll probably be a large Wendy's chili, a side salad, and a candy bar. :) I get to eat junk once a week - yay!

tinydancer 09-21-2003 06:59 PM

Maybe fried chicken?? Or maybe I'll just order a pizza. I just want to eat and read tonight. Emmys are on tonight so I don't want to be running in and out of the kitchen the whole time.

MeLikey 09-22-2003 12:42 AM

Tonight we went to our favorite Chinese restaurant... had soft shell crabs, clams, steak, and these green vegetables we always get... yummm.

Sugar_N_Spice 09-22-2003 02:44 AM

Last night I went to this Cuban restaraunt and had the best food (chicken and rice)--also known as arroz con pollo (I don't know if it's translated the same in Cuban  )...the meal also came with plantain and beans and the chicken had this spciey sauce with onions on it...umm, umm....:D

So, yeah, you can guess whaI also had for dinner tonight (leftovers)...;)

mmcat 09-22-2003 07:23 AM

was watching the emmys. so i ordered in chinese. had butterfly chicken and rice. yumm.

I'm completely not inspired to cook tonight, and we don't have a whole lot of food. I'm going to order in and get some Greek chips.

mmm... I'm addicted to them and haven't had them in a few days anyway :)
