Hi Ladies!

I know this thread has been done a million times before, but my chapter is having a serenade with another fraternity soon and we're in need of a few nice songs to use. We know all the chants, but I wasn't sure if there were any traditional serenade songs out there. Any replies would be much appreciated.

Some Kappa Chants
 

Hiya,

I have a few fun Kappa songs I know. I'm an alumni of Delta Xi chapter at Carnegie Mellon University, and our chapter does a LOT of singing. Have you heard the pinning/lavalier song?

Oh she may be the girl of Phi Kap
Or a white rose of Sigma Nu

There's also this fun chant for serenading, I forget where I heard it. It goes to the tune of Camptown Races:

for RAH RAH we said

the other way was kinda iffy when i sang it

for Rah Rah we say:

The owl, the key, the fleur-de-lis, the best in our fraternity!

I'm pretty sure that's what we said? Though, the other versions kind of make more sense :)

My chapter still does chants and stair songs during recruitment, and here are some of my favorites (as a former Membership Chairman, I think I can sing them in my sleep):
