Only 10 chapters to go! |
Alpha Psi has deferred recruitment; we shouldn't have official numbers for them until January. The 33 is from informal.
|
Crashing, but this is the second giant number I've seen at Kutztown (I think AST's numbers were similarly high). What on earth is going on there?? I mean giant numbers are good but this is beyond anything I've ever seen at a PASSHE school (including IUP or West Chester), especially in this day & age.

I'm not sure if Zeta counts, since they're still a colony, but 56 is nothing to sneeze at!
Upcoming recruitment dates to get excited for, in order of bid days: Chi: January 11th-16th Gamma Nu: January 14th-17th Beta Delta: January 14th-21st Gamma Mu: January 12th-28th Alpha Psi: January 26th-February ?? Beta Gamma: February 1st-10th Alpha Upsilon: January 30th-February 12th Beta Sigma: February 9th-12th Gamma Delta: February 6th-13th Beta Beta: February 4th-14th Our recruitment year will be wrapped up by Valentine's Day! :D |
Isn't Beta Nu also doing deferred?
|
Nope, FAU had their recruitment September 7th-11th, with Sigma Kappa's recruitment shortly after.

I guess the TPA's I know over there aren't sure what they are doing then.
Sigma Kappa coming in really hurt their quotas I heard. Girls dropped then tried Sigma Kappa. |

You're not allowed to do that without a wait of a calendar year. Girls could have tried Sigma Kappa, dropped, and then gotten a bid from an established sorority since SK is a colony, but not the other way around. If this really has been happening, your school's Greek Life office needs to put a stop to it or get their heads out of their asses. |
I'm not fully understanding of it at all. Perhaps it was they didn't accept bids because SK was coming in and they didn't like any of the bids obtained.
