Wearing Letters (after resigning from sorority)
I just resigned from my sorority because of the abuse and hazing... I heard that you can still wear letters. Is this true?

Why would you wear letters of an organization that you're no longer a part of?
|
As far as I know if you drop a sorority/fraternity you can no longer wear anything affiliated with that organization.
|
I don't understand why you would want do if you left because of something as serious as hazing. Its like continuing to support the organization...

And I agree - if you allege such terrible things about the sorority, why on earth would you want to give the impression that you're still a part of it by wearing letters or any other insignia? |
I don't want to support them, I can't stand them... I have a very warm jacket with letters so I'm just curious.

That's even dumber than people who wear letters and say "I WAS one in college."
If you WERE one then why the hell are you wearing it? Find another raggedy old shirt to jog in. |
