She's been throwing the diamond (a la JayZ) for years. So, I think it's Beyoncé Diamond Knowles.

I think you mean HBCU's (Historically Black Colleges & Universities) or NPHC (National Pan Hellenic Council). :)

Also, I read that the Delta may have represented the number 4, Delta being the fourth letter of the Greek alphabet, and also a number with strong meaning for both she and Jay Z.
