Pledge Ideas?

As a new chapter and as the new pledge master, i wanted to see some pledge ideas that you guys had...you dont have to go into detail but just a general jist of it. I want it to be extremely hard to develop brotherhood, unity, service, integrity, and knowledge. This year will sent the standard to the next Eta Psi classes that we have.
