I've posted two general comments about private messages - and I would argue that they are general, not ambiguous, observations about the use of private messages. They are neither of them specific to certain private messages I have received - if you make the assumption that they are you are mistaken. Clear enough?.

Why bring him into it? I guess I could have just pointed out that "post hoc ergo propter hoc" is a common logical fallacy. While I could hazard a guess at what you intimating, I wouldn't want to assume incorrectly.
