OK, so I'm in this new relationship and need some music recommendations. Who here wants to offer their suggestions for most "stimulating" or romantic CD? Right now, we are addicted to Enigma's "Mcmxc A.D" and Sarah MacLachlan's "Surfacing"? Any other suggestions I can take home with me??

Any funky jazz that has a good bassline - Groove Collective and any compilation labelled "Chill out" are my particular favorites. My bf is a jazz musician though...

112 is always nice. Also, I totally agree with the suggestions of Chris Isaak, Sarah McLachlan, Moby, and Dave Matthews. Can't go wrong with either of them.

You also might try some soft music...I don't have any specifics in mind (sorry!), but those ALWAYS set you in a romantic mood!

One CD that worked for me and BF was Marc Anthony. It worked for me... ;) The first couple of songs are somewhat mellow..and they get faster somewhere in the middle, but by that time you won't be paying attention to the music. :D
