I actually just received an order from amazon today. A nice new shiny set of logitech noise canceling headphones. A few weeks ago we also bought my nieces the Playstation Rock Band game from amazon, I must say it is quite an awesome game. I shop with amazon fairly often. They usually have great prices, fast shipping, useful product reviews, etc. Plus, it's nice not to have to wait in line or even drive to the store! I save gas & money by shopping with them.

Does the forum software allow those links/ads/etc to appear on the main page, rather than searching this thread for the Amazon link? I think it would help us to remember to use it if we saw it everytime we logged on or in some other places on the site. I don't mind the occasional ad placement.

Thanks for helping to support GC with all these purchases. When I have a chance I'll see about getting some stats posted to show how many orders were placed so far, etc. At the moment I have a bunch of software upgrades to take care of, including for GC.

What I'll probably do at some point is setup a single thread to list all the various merchants where GC receives a commission and link to that page from either the homepage or all pages.

May I recommend a mystery novel that you could purchase and help Greek Chat. The title is A Vengeful Bid by Brianna Claire Olson. It takes place at a fictitious university in Arkansas. The story is about a few students who are murdered in this fictitious university and the body count could increase. A detective and his forensic scientist/criminalist sister and a few colleagues need to solve the case before there are more victims. The victims have a connection, but I won't reveal it (however, the author put a very positive spin on this connection).

I think I did something as crazy.
My mother wanted to buy some books throught Amazon.
I told her not to until I could get over and "help" her out.
I was not about to try to tell her how to follow links.
