Today for lunch I tried a new roll at a Japanese spot I frequent. It was a "popcorn lobster roll," consisting of spicy tuna, cucumber and avocado on the inside, and lobster with a crispy coating on the outside, topped with a white sauce and a teriyaki sauce.
I love trying out different types of rolls! What are some of your favorites, and what do they consist of? :)
