Mother's Pin

Hey all! I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about our Mother's Pin. I have seen it for sale through Herff-Jones on our national website, but I wanted a little more info on it before I just went out and bought it.

Is there any sort of special ceremony that goes along with it, or anything like that? Although she was never a sister herself, my mom really loves Alpha Chi and I would love to make this special for her.

I know you can initiate into Alumni statues I'm not sure if its the same thing. We are planning on doing an Alumni initiation soon!! :) So excited!!
