Contrary to much popular opinion, Omega undergrads are excelling in academic and leadership roles. The Tom Joyner Foundation inaugurated a program to encourage black male enrollment in HBCUs. The first recipinet is a Que, Bro. Joshua Dedmond of Tougaloo College in MS. In addition to his academic, student government and fraternal leadership, he is also a Baptist minister.
