By catchy I mean that song that plays all day in your head if you hear and/or think about it, AND you still love it. That song that is just flat out perfect.

My vote, based on a great reminder earlier today, Black Eye Blues by Ma Rainey.

It's from a commercial.... lol. The orginal is by Guy Clark. It's called "I don't love you much do I?" I actually sing this song to my silly basset hound, Forrest. *lol* Then it sticks in my head. :p

Lately the new Maroon 5 song. I don't have one particular song, I can get a mindworm from pretty much any song at any given time.

"In the back of the car" by Emo (track 1 on Putumayo's "A New Groove")...I can't stop listening to it! Actually the whole album is quite fantastic.

REM's Shiny Happy People and I have it on a mix CD right after Everybody Hurts. So, one day, we're listening to that CD while I'm driving my son to school. We get out of the car and are walking up to the school and I sing "Shiny Happy People laughing..." and he sings "Everybody Hurtssssssssss sometimes" and I just cracked up. (I tend to be an optimist and he tends to be a pessimist and the combo at that minute was hilarious)
