Name three things you are thankful for. I'll start.

1. My new job.
2. God's continuing grace.
3. Finally coming to an understanding of who I am after 26 years.

I've travelled to many places overseas, including South East Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

I'm thankful for:
- my family has not had any tragedies or terrible health problems
- clean water
- clean air (well where I live, the air sure seems clean relative to the polluted places I've been to!)
- decent, ORGANIZED transportation
- as a woman, being permitted a say in government
- having the right to drive a car as a woman (not always the case in the Arab world)
- being able to have easy access to reference information on human reproduction
(I saw the story of Margaret Sanger, the Founder of Planned Parenthood, and realized that access to information on things like contraception was denied to people in the past (and not that long ago either). In the past, doctors could be arrested for sharing information with their patients like how to avoid unwanted pregnancy!
- I'm also thankful to my wise grandmother who had the foresight to get her family out of her country during WW2, or I would have been growing up behind the Iron Curtain.

1.) My family. My mom is wonderful and I have a wonderful extended family, and I am so fortunate to have such a great support network.

2.) My boyfriend. 5+ years together and it just keeps getting better.

3.) My education. As much as I bitch and moan about law school, I'm thankful that I have the opportunity to be further educated.

4.) My location - I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in the world but right here.

5.) Japan - they come up with so much cool stuff - Playstation games, Hello Kitty...I'm a big fan of j-culture :)

My mother. She is prolly the most perfect woman on this earth. I don't think anyone else could even come close to her. She is my best friend and I love her more then anything.

1. LOVE: family, friends, boyfriend
2. Health
3. Faith: allowing me to have it and not loose it in times of need, is something that I am very thankful for.

1. Mr. Amycat and the Love he's brought to my life
2. The health and happiness of my family and friends
3. I am, quite simply, thankful for my life and everything in it, as I feel very blessed and lucky to have the people I have in my life and have the talent I have and live where I live, etc.

* My family. I've gotten so much closer to them the last couple of years.
* My new law school friends who are wonderful. Some of them have been there for me when people that i've known for years haven't been. They're so supportive and awesome!
* My new guy. Even though I just met him last week, i'm really thrilled and excited, and VERY excited about having met him. He's brought a lot of happiness to me in the last couple days, especially when i've needed it.
* Having a good head on my shoulders- being intelligent and possessing common sense so that I can take care of myself.
* That my grandfather has lived to see another holiday season. Last year at this time, we really didn't think that he was.

-I am thankful for my family. My parents are wonderful role models. They have instilled in me that in order to do well in life, you need a college education. They have showed me unconditional love, support, help, guidance, and a whole much more. They are a prime example that marriage can work and last. They been married for 35 years. They showed me what truely counts in life and how to be my own person.
-My grandparents has shown that love can last a lifetime. The love between them never weakened but only grew stronger each day. During the difficult time of my grandpa's illness, my grandma was there for him, never leaving his side. Till the day he died, she was there.
-I am thankful of what I have and where I grew up.
-Thankful for my relatives, friends and sisters.

I'm thankful for my life (the many chances I've had).

And I'm thankful for the health that I currently have (and hope to keep).

I'm thankful for those that have kept by my side.
