new chapter to UT Tyler

i have not seen or heard anything that DU is going to UT-Tyler. SAE and PKA are starting colonies this year.

i do not think any of us who post here can speak to the plans for colonization but if you are a student there and interested in starting an interest group we would be able to direct you to the people you would need to contact.
