Trying to figured out a movie

Me and my co-worker been trying to figure this movie out for about a week. It's about a bunch of kids in the 70s. I know one line,
"I love freshman girls, the older I get, they stay the same age." I can't, for the life of me, figure out the movie title. Help, it been annoying me for a week now.
