According to NBC13 (Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, etc.) a hazing allegation has led to Sigma Phi Epsilon at the U. of Alabama being put on probation, after investigation by both the university and Sig Ep. The short report (above) says that the fraternity did a membership review, and some men were not invited to remain in the chapter.

Twice within three years?!?!?!

Either the chapter did not wish to learn or the school likes to pass out a lot of rope.......

They should be prosecuted, de-chartered and not allowed back on campus for some time if ever!
