View Full Version : Another Country Game!
Drolefille

This game is slightly different than the one started by AlphaFrog.
Here, you start with a country, city, state, or provence (Basically anything from geography) such as Illinois. The next response has to be something that starts with an S and so on...
So to start: Illinois

Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysilio gogogoch
(The longest place name in the world. A town in North Wales. The name translates as "The church of St. Mary in the hollow of white hazel trees near the rapid whirlpool by St. Tysilio's of the red cave" in Welsh.)
Edited because I had to add that the town is split into two smaller villages:
Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysilio gogogoch-isaf (Lower Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysilio gogogoch)
and Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysilio gogogoch-uchaf (Upper Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysilio gogogoch).

i'm TOTALLY cutting in and pulling a red flag on AlphaFrog because...
Africa isn't a country. it's actually a continent made up of 54 different countries.
sigh. please go back to your respective grade school teachers and tell them the same.
ETA: looking at Drolefille's rules: "Here, you start with a country, city, state, or provence (Basically anything from geography) such as Illinois. The next response has to be something that starts with an S and so on..."
sorry for the attack AF. carry on as usual.

ETA: It's ok tld221, this game can get creative anyway, National Monuments, parks.. occasionally planets have all been used in an attempt to beat my sister and mother at this game.... (it is in fact a good vacation game for kids) Usually the A's go very quickly... but we're doing well here.
Of course, my mom cheats anyway...
