what are some of the ways your chapters have dealt with the problem of people not wanting to show up to meetings.

Well, as a senior who likes to skip chapter to enjoy 3 dollar pitchers at the bar, I have only one solution. Move chapter.

LOL, he's got a point. If the meetings are at an inconvenient time for the majority of the chapter, move them - don't keep them at the same time cause "that's ALWAYS when we have them."
