I just want some input on an idea I'm beginning to put some structure behind in regards to house renovations.
Rather than ask for money from alumni to help get things fixed, have projects that need to be done and encourage alumni to band together with their pledge class and fund it.
Does any chapters here do that?
How has it worked and what have you learned to make it better?
